Millions of Americans suffer from mood disorders and chronic pain. At Avesta Ketamine and Wellness, with clinics in Tysons, VA, Bethesda & Columbia, MD, and Washington DC, our providers work with our patients’ care teams to build the most efficacious treatment plan for the patient.

  • Our success rates in mood disorder patients aged 14-65 are 75-80%, in line with research

  • Research shows that ketamine can help individuals who have been treatment-resistant to other medications (Carboni et al., 2021)

Patient Testimonials

“Yet another wonderful experience at Avesta today! My pain has gone from an 8 to a 2-3. To me, that’s close to a miracle! I suffered from chronic pain/PTSD and depression for 20+ years and to be at this level and beginning to get my life back awes me! If you’re looking for an alternative treatment to these various ailments do yourself a favor and give it a try. Avesta has the most kind, caring and compassionate staff from the med techs to management to of course the Dr’s and NP’s and providers. I feel safe when I’m there. Another 5 Star treatment to Avesta Ketamine and Wellness for their care, concern and compassion!”
“I have been receiving ketamine infusions at Avesta since early last year. I was skeptical because receiving "inpatient" and surgical center infusions are a different ballgame. But Avesta has literally saved my life. This is because Dr. E and Deb's team is one of a kind -- they are competent, truly care for the patient, comforting, informative, and simply put: kind. The team is available around the clock for questions and concerns. The atmosphere is relaxing yet professional. If you have chronic pain or are experiencing depression symptoms, I truly suggest Avesta. Ketamine is a big step and I'm not looking back thanks to Dr. E, Deb and their team!”
“I have been looking for a long time for somewhere to go to help with managing my fibromyalgia pain.

After so long of not getting anywhere with regular pain clinics I finally found Avesta. They care for their patients and are so sweet they made me feel relaxed straight away and I found with my very first infusion real pain reduction for my fibromyalgia pain.

I always over do things when my pain goes down so they prescribed a ketamine nasal spray. This helps to bring the pain back down. Thank you Avesta!"
